A marketplace where businesses in Bangladesh find freelancers to get work done. Post the work as a project, or order a ready-made service a freelancer already offers.

What can mehenot help my business with?

Selling online, getting more customers, a Facebook page that keeps going, product photos and videos, answering customer messages, a logo that looks professional, and a lot more. Not sure what it is called? Describe the problem to mehenot AI, like "my shop gets few customers", and it works out which expert you need.

How do I find a freelancer?

Browse services and order one directly, or post your work as a project and freelancers send you proposals. Or tell mehenot AI what you need, and it shows you people who already do that work.

How does the money work?

Before the work starts, the client pays the agreed price to mehenot. mehenot holds it; the freelancer is not paid yet. When the freelancer hands in the work and the client approves it, the money goes to the freelancer's mehenot wallet, minus the 10% service fee. If the client says nothing for 3 days after delivery, it is released automatically. The freelancer withdraws from the wallet to bKash or a bank account. If something goes wrong, either side can open a dispute before the money is released.

Can I use mehenot if I live abroad?

Yes. If you live abroad and want freelancers in Bangladesh to do the work, post it on mehenot the same way. The brief, your messages with the freelancer and the project record all stay in one place, wherever you are.

What does mehenot AI do?

Write what you need in your own words. mehenot AI turns it into a clear project and helps you find the right freelancer. It also helps freelancers write their services and proposals.

How much does it cost to use mehenot?

mehenot charges freelancers a 10% service fee on each payment they receive. Clients pay no platform fee. On a ৳10,000 project the client pays ৳10,000 and the freelancer receives ৳9,000. Signing up, posting a project, applying for work and listing your first service are free. Every new account starts with 10 credits for mehenot AI; more can be bought.

Do clients pay a fee on mehenot?

No. You pay the price you agree with the freelancer, and there is no platform fee on top. The 10% service fee comes out of the freelancer's payment, after you approve the work.

What happens if there is a problem?

Your money is held until you approve the work, so it doesn't reach the freelancer while there is a problem. Either side can open a dispute. mehenot looks at the project record (what was agreed, what was handed in, the messages) and decides.

How do I get started on mehenot?

Sign up free at mehenot.com and choose whether you want to get work done or do work. Then post a project, order a service, or list your own service.

How is mehenot different from Fiverr or Upwork?

It is built for work inside Bangladesh: pay and get paid in taka through bKash, Nagad or a bank. Freelancers pay a 10% service fee where global sites take up to 20%, and clients pay no platform fee.

Why does mehenot take 10%?

The 10% pays for the escrow that holds a client's money until work is approved, payment support in taka, dispute handling and the people who review every listing. mehenot is a business, and that fee is how it stays open. Global marketplaces charge a freelancer up to 20% and bill in dollars. mehenot charges 10% and pays out in taka through bKash, Nagad or bank transfer.

How mehenot works, in 50 seconds

New business, and doing everything yourself?

Sales, marketing, customers, delivery: one person can't do it all. Here is where most new businesses get stuck:

1All the work, alone

Sales, marketing, customer messages and delivery leave no time to grow.

2Good product, weak photos

Without good photos, video or design, customers don't trust it.

3Messages, but no orders

With no reviews or social proof yet, enquiries don't turn into orders.

4Small budget, fear of being cheated

Staff and agencies cost too much, and a wrong freelancer wastes the money.

You don't need a full-time hire. Bring in an expert for just the task you need: the work ends, and so does the cost.

Your money is safe: The client's money is held by mehenot until the work is approved. Work not right? Open a dispute, and if the freelancer is at fault you get it all back. Refund rules
