Website with Login, OTP, Admin Panel

I want to create a website named webmanagementt.io with the following features:

1. Login System:

   • Users must log in using Email + Password
   • OTP will be sent to Gmail, only correct OTP allows login

2. User Dashboard:

   • Users can add bKash, Nagad, or Rocket numbers
   • Maximum 2 numbers per user

3. Payment System:

   • Admin decides which payment options are available
   • Users cannot add their own payment methods
   • Crypto based payments (e.g., USDT, TRX)

4. Admin Panel:

   • View all users and their added numbers
   • Control payment options (on/off)
   • Block or delete users
   • Update website text and content

5. Mobile Friendly:

   • Admin panel and user dashboard should be fully mobile responsive
